Louisiana Wave Studio is the only feature film facility in the world that can automatically generate a variety of waves at the touch of a button.
The tank is 100 feet long, 80 feet wide and eight feet deep. The 8,000 square foot tank holds 750,000 gallons of water. Originally built for Walt Disney’s film, “The Guardian,” the tank is capable of generating a variety of waves up to eight feet high as well as horizontal storm conditions. Storage water drums mounted fifty feet high allows water to be dumped on actors and/or set pieces on either side. Ancillary fans can be added to create wind effects. Any wave or water action a director can imagine can be created by using the three 150 horsepower turbine-fans and the computerized hidden air chambers.
The open air above the tank allows maximum flexibility for production. The wide aprons at the facility allows for easy and secure camera maneuverability. The Louisiana Wave Studio was used for “I Love You Phillip Morris,” “Streets of Blood,” “Shark Night-3D”, and several other movie and industrial testing projects.

Tomi Gran Entertainment is a post-production audio house that specializes in achieving the cleanest dialogue and highest quality sound mixes for independent and major movie production houses. Our Shreveport based facility houses a 5.1/7.1 Pro Tools surround sound editing and mixing suite as well as an ADR booth with touchscreen controllability. The Digital Media Institute (DMI) is a post-secondary education institution specializing in preparing students for a career in the digital media industry. Programs include: animation, visual effects, and interactive content; interactive software development; and advertising design. The facilities at DMI include a studio, which is available to rent, and DMI graduates are top-quality animation and visual effects experts who can be hired for a variety of projects. Alumni Arts Presents is NW Louisiana's top-listed LED Career Based Training Program with Golden Guild work referrals for Students and Interns. Our mission is to empower and guide students to transform their lives not just in the classroom, but physically on-set, in professional feature and series production environments. Upon completion, they are certified, receive credit and future industry work placement. AAP meets LED's educational requirement participation for the LA Film Forward tax incentive program.

The Robinson Film Center
The Robinson Film Center is the region’s only venue devoted to the daily exhibition of independent, international and classic cinema. The nonprofit’s mission is to educate, enrich and entertain through the power of film. RFC houses two luxurious theaters featuring Barco 2K and 4K DCP projectors. Private screening facilities for dailies are available for rental. RFC also offers a full-service bistro and bar, plus caters special events like wrap parties in its multipurpose rooms.
